Christmas Break!!!

I am ready for Christmas break to come. We are going to Florida to visit my Grandpa. One of the best parts is that we are in the car for a day and a half. I love long car trips. One of the best parts of visiting Florida is seeing my Grandpa and that it is warmer than back home. My mom is always baking cookies so that is even better. I can always smell the sweet taste of those sugar cookies. Well I know that this is going to be another great Christmas break.

Thanksgiving Break!!

I am going to be spending a lot of time with my family. We might go see Harry Potter. I will start studying for finals. I can't wait to get home.  I can't wait till Thanksgiving Day because the food is always so good. I know that I'm going to be stuffed. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays of the year. I especially love eating pumpkin pie and turkey during this time of the year. I just can't wait.

Procrastinator!!

I am a procrastinator. I often have a bad habit of finishing papers at the last minute. This is not something that I am proud of, but I know that I have to change this. I know that it would be a whole lot easier on me if   I just do the paper, without waiting into the night before to finish it. So I'm hoping, for papers in the future that I will give myself plenty of time to finish.

Draft Process

I worked on my draft all at once. I did it all yesterday. I think my draft is okay. I know that it needs work. I need to add more and change the wording of my sentences. I began with reasons why I want to ban tobacco and then ended with why not to ban tobacco. I have 3 to 5 sources.

Halloween!!

Halloween is a great Holiday. I mean you get to dress up in costume and you get candy.  I will miss being with my family on Halloween but I will do something for Halloween. I have light up bunny ears, so i'm sure I can figure out a costume to go with them. I wonder what kind of costumes I will see on Halloween. Usually I see mostly little kids, but now its going to be college students. I can't wait until Halloween.

Research Process 10/20/10

So my group picked tobacco as the topic. We have written our research proposal. We have also picked our references to use on our research paper. On our research proposal it explains what our topic is about and how our group is going to split up the work.

Research Process

So far the class has not gotten far in the research process. Today we are going to form our  groups and pick a topic. Then we will figure out what our research question is going to be. We also have to bring a list of topics today, so then we have a variety of topics to choose from.
